How customers opt in

Customers opt in in one of two ways. (1) During checkout: after entering their mobile number on the domain checkout form at cnm.com, customers may check an optional consent box shown below. Consent is not a condition of purchase — the box is unchecked by default and checkout proceeds without it. (2) By texting us first: sending any message to our number constitutes opt-in to receive replies to that inquiry.

Program terms

• Message frequency varies based on your transactions and inquiries.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; we will confirm and send nothing further. Reply START to rejoin.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
